The KGF develops pieces in raw material of high quality: the aluminum oxide or high alumina (al2o3) with content of 99.8% purity. It is the material more resistant to wear by corrosion of abrasion by chemicals.

Each product is sintered in special furnaces at a temperature of 1,800 º C, giving them a hardness (9 scale mohs) next to the diamond (10 scale mohs), a process called ADVANCED TECHNICAL CERAMICS.

This process makes our tips ceramics superior in quality, durability and cost-effective when compared to other points of inferior materials in the market.
